Nowadays phyical inactivity and its negative effects on health have come to be seen as one of the central health problmes of the third millennium. Moderate training methods taht are beneficial to health like Nordic walking represent a suitable measure against the risk factors lack of exercise and inactivity. Nordic walking has the potential to improve health and well-being, enjoys an excellent image and can rely on a well-developed infrastructure.
